Support staff 

All students from Years 1 - 13 will have their own blog for sharing their learning at some stage through the school year. This is where they share what they have been learning, practice their Cybersmart skills and interact with their readers who comment.   

You can part of your school's support team can also play a part in reading their blog posts and giving them feedback.  We have some guidelines around how to comment on students' blogs and how you can encourage students to develop their learning. Your positive contribution will play an important role in motivating them to engage with an authentic audience. 

A bit of background to Blogger

Blogger is part of your school's Google Education Suite and is associated with the school's domain.   The Manaiakalani Outreach Facilitators and some teachers have admin rights to students' blogs.
